My name is Holli Greg and I am a sophomore Graphic Design Major at Dakota State University. GO TROJANS!

I just love Dakota State and especially the Graphic Design program here. It’s just fantastic. I LOVE graphic design. I love creating things and making them appealing to the eye. I really enjoy exploring the way people respond to different design styles and what attracts them to one thing versus another. The instructors here have been great. They are always here to help when needed and they have really helped me grow creatively. The graphic design program here is outstanding and I know it will prepare me for the many job opportunities available after graduation.

DSU rocks! I never would have thought that going to school in Madison, SD could be so much fun! The school is great and there is just so much to do. I hang a lot with my friends and we go to as many of the organized activities DSU puts together as we can to meet new people. I am also involved in a lot of different clubs/organizations on campus where I often meet new students. So, hopefully I will be seeing you soon!

I also have a weekly movie party where we rent new releases from a local video rental store and the community center/workout facility offers a lot to ensure all students stay active. Aerobics, weights, pool with slide, jog track…you name it they have it.

My favorite things about DSU though are Homecoming week and Frostbyte weeks. They are the BEST! The weeks are just full of activities to just let loose and have some fun. Sports games are the best! I love to go and cheer on the teams as part of the Blue Crew! We are new this year and are there to energize the teams and just be rowdy. I even love regular ol’ study parties in the Trojan Center…they can be real fun too.
